Membership Refund 

In the event that you need to cancel your membership, your refund amount will be based on the following cancellation dates.

Requests up to:

• April 30th - 75% refund

• May 31st - 50% refund

• June 30th - 25% refund

• After 1st July - no refund will be granted. 

Memberships may be cancelled by emailing the request only. Messages by phone are not accepted to allow for a record and prevent misunderstandings.  Email coordinator@rvjg.ca

Guests

RVJG welcomes guests of members to participate at specific events.  However, in order to participate appropriate permission from the parent or legal guardian is required.  Each Guest is required to provided an 'RVJG ASSUMPTION OF RISK and INFORMED CONSENT' document completed and signed by the guests parent or legal guardian to participate.

Such updates may include changes to design, layout, information, or technical components to enhance user experience, maintain security, or comply with legal requirements. Continued use of the website after updates are implemented constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
