Event: Spring Thaw Texas Scramble

When: Saturday May 10, 2025

Start time: 10:00 am

Location: Rundle Park Golf Course

Ages: 6-18yr

Cost: $40 per Team  (includes golf and lunch for junior & adult)  

Rundle Park Golf Course (par 4) is a great place to start the golf season and the Texas Scramble is one of golf's most popular formats

•  Each team consists of 1 junior and 1 adult.
• Teams should arrive at the course AT LEAST 15mins before their tee time.
•  Each team member will hit a tee shot on every hole, with the best drive chosen as the ball in play.
•  All players will hit off the BLACK, WHITE OR YELLOW tees.
• Each team member will take their second shot from where the best tee has landed. Once again, the very best shot from the lot will be chosen. And so, it continues until the ball ends up in the hole.
• Each Texas Scramble team will enter their overall score for each hole. The winning team is the one that has the lowest score when the round is finished.

Please note:

• Playing groups of 4 will be arranged by RVJG according to golf experience.
• RVJG cannot guarantee golf-with-friends or foursome partner requests.
• Play a round of 18 or 9 holes to keep it fun across all ages / abilities.
• This round of golf is provided by RVJG. Your individual RVJG membership rounds will NOT be used to play in this event.
• After playing your round, all participants will receive lunch, served by Shortees Restaurant (included with registration).

Deadline for cancellation: Wednesday May 7, 2025

After cancellation deadline: no refund and no transfers
